The Course

  • Start: 2nd Av N & Mercer (south side of Mercer St)
  • E/B on Mercer St to 5th Av N
  • S/B (right) on 5th Av N (using west side of street only)
  • Cross over Denny Way to Cedar St
  • W/B (slight right) onto Cedar St
  • S/B (left) on Western Av to Bell St (using the east side of the street)
  • Just south of Bell St switch to the west side of Western, continuing south
  • Turn-around at Marion St before intersection (Marion remains open)
  • N/B on Western Av to Bell St (using the east side of the street)
  • North onto the SR-99 Bell St on-ramp
  • North through the Battery St Tunnel
  • N/B on 99 (onto N/B lanes) (staying on the west side of the roadway)
  • Turn-around on 99 between Crockett St and Boston St approximately
  • S/B on 99 (using the east side of the roadway) to the Mercer St off-ramp
  • East on the off-ramp to Dexter Ave N.
  • Turn sharply at Dexter onto westbound Mercer St
  • W on Mercer (using the south side of the street)
  • Finish: on Seattle Center property on 2nd Av N
