SEATTLE MARATHON 10K RACE
Thank you for being a part of the Seattle Marathon 10K Race. You will be setting up your booth in Gas Works Park near the Lake Union. As a vendor, you will be receiving a 10ft x 10ft area, 1–8ft table and 2 chairs. Tents are available for an additional fee; however, you are welcome to supply your own. It is recommended that you do bring a tent in case of inclement weather.
When you arrive for set up, your booth space will be indicated by a sign on your table. Delia Saldana will be your on-site contact at the race, and you may reach her at her event cell phone number at 206-396-9600. She will be available to assist you with your booth space assignment and with any questions you might have.
Load-in: Friday 8/23 between 3:00pm – 8:00pm or Saturday 8/24 between 6:30am – 7:30am.
Please plan to arrive early for set-up. Vehicles can be driven on Gas Works property, but vehicles must be cleared off the property by 7:00am on Saturday (unless special arrangements have been made).
Load-out: Approx. 11:00am, when participants have cleared out. Please do not begin tear-down until advised by a Seattle Marathon Staff Member.
GENERAL RACE DETAILS & SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Anticipated attendance: 1,500
- 6:30am – Day of race registration and packet pick-up opens
* Participants will be informed of vendor booths, so they can visit your booths before the race.
- 7:30am – Day of race registration closes
- 7:45am – Packet pick-up closes
- 8:00am – 10K Race starts
- 8:45am-10:30am – Anticipated finish of participants
