Race Pace Bands

Ever want to know how far back you are from your target time at mile 16? Don't feel like doing the math in your head as you're trying your best to simply stay hydrated?

Great news! The Race Pace Band is the easiest way to track your progress at every mile marker of your race—and you can make one right here and now!

To make your own Race Pace Band:

  1. Select your event below.
  2. Enter your desired time...
  3. Hit 'Submit' and your printable Race Pace Band will be ready for you!
  4. Print out the band, and use packing tape to laminate. Some quick scotch tape to connect the ends and you have your own Race Pace Band to place around your wrist!
