Join us for our annual family-friendly run in beautiful Seward Park with iconic views of Lake Washington and Mt Rainier. Dogs welcome! Choose a 5k or 10k or challenge yourself by running both! Kids can participate in the Kids Fun Run, a quick 1k sprint with goodies waiting at the end.

Because we are unable to verify self-reported times, all prizes for this year's virtual event will be based on participation and social media engagement.

 
 
RACE AMMENITIES

All live event participants receive a bib, medal and participant tee, goodie bag and refreshments at the finish line, virtual goodie bag by email, post event results issue and results posted live on race day.

All virtual event participants receive a bib, medal, participant tee and goodie bag by mail or scheduled pick up. Results self-posted online, virtual goodie bag by email and post event results issue.

AWARDS

Every finisher will receive a medal.

 

Cash prizes will be handed out at the live event for the top 3 male, female & non-binary participants within the prize cutoff times of:

 

  • 5k: 0 hr 25 min 0 sec

  • 10k: 0 hr 45 min 0 sec 

TIMING

Our event this year will be timed by Sports Stats.

In order to keep our start line as safe as possible, participants will be started 3 at a time in 5 second intervals. Due to this change, our results and awards will be calculated based on chip time.

 

Both chip time and gun time will be posted online and in our results issue.
