​Discounted rates for the Seattle Marathon 2025 Room Block start Saturday, November 22, 2025 and end Monday, December 01, 2025. Pre and post nights are subject to availability. All cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to your check-in date, or a fee equal to one night's rate plus tax will be assessed.
