Introducing

PNW born and raised, I’m a registered nurse who fell in love with running as a way to strengthen my cardiovascular health and take my own advice to patients about creating healthy lifestyle habits. What started as a personal challenge quickly became so much more than physical fitness, running became my therapy, my motivation, and my happy place. Running has also taught me the power of community. The encouragement, friendships, and shared energy along the route turn every mile into a meaningful experience. After overcoming challenges like asthma and a complete ACL tear, I’ve learned that resilience, patience, and gratitude are just as important as pace or distance. Now, I run to inspire others to embrace their own journeys, celebrate small victories, and discover that setbacks don’t define their story. Whether I’m training solo or cheering on fellow runners, my goal is to show that running is not just about the finish line, it’s about the growth, connections, and joy found along the way.
