Denis da Silva

Hi, I am Denis. I am an ocean lover in and outside of work. Trail runner wannabe, casual mediocre road runner, aspiring beginner triathlete, addict intermediate kiteboarder. I have been enjoying the Seattle running community for several years and a part of the Seattle Marathon ambassador program for 4 years. This community is incredible and lI ove contributing to our hometown marathon!! I have many goals this year, but the primary one is to recover from a hamstring injury that kept me out of last year's Seattle Marathon.  Then, I want to run many miles with friends and enjoy the community and group runs again. When I am not running, I enjoy swimming in the pool or open water, cycling, shredding and slashing some epic chops around PNW waters and spending time with my 16 year old daughter (whenever she is not busy 🙄).
